In the OSHA Strategic pantership for Worker Safety and Health, OSHA enters into an extended, voluntary, cooperative relationship with groups of employers in order to encourage, assist and recognize their efforts to elimate serious hazards and achieve a high level of worker safety and health.

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation's Drug -Free EZ Program is designed to establish a safer and more cost-effective workplace and to help the employer detect and deter substance use and misuse, and take appropriate corrective action.
