A Design/Build Retail construction project utilizing the Butler® building system.

North Canton, Ohio

This is the crown jewel of Ziegler Tire's family of retail stores. It features 8,520 total square feet (60 x 142 feet). The building utilizes an MR-24 Butler® roof system which comes with a 25-year warranty and also has great aesthetics.

Energy Efficiency

A distinctive feature is the carport at the side of the building. It allows customers to drop off and pick up their vehicles under roof, shielding them from inclement weather. The idea was borrowed from upscale hotels with the goal of setting Ziegler apart from other tire stores.

Energy Efficiency

The retail store also is highly energy efficient. It has an R30 thermal value and the insulation installed in the roof and walls is 12% better than what is required by code.
